Health tips 1: Record what you eat!

1. Record what you eat.
1.1) Write down what you eat and what time you ate !.
Write down everything you eat and the time honestly. This shows your eating habits/patterns. I also weigh myself every morning before I take shower and write it down as well. Knowing where you are and accepting your eating style are very important before you improve yourself. While doing this activity, you will be more aware of what your body is made of and will be able to change your eating habits wisely and easily.
This activity is also good for the people who want to lose weight because human beings has a tendency to do easier things. Since you have to write down whatever you put in your mouth, you may feel like “Oh, I don’t want to write it down and need to eat these now”. Therefore, you eat the only things you really need or want to eat, which is good.
1.2) Examine what you’re overtaking and what you are insufficient with.
With recent lifestyle habits if you don’t pay attention to what you eat, we can easily over consume animal fat, sugar, and caffeine. Besides you may be deficient of vitamins and minerals.
